      Question Random Question...

      Does the use of tobacco products detriment dream recall? (not inferring that I chew or smoke, just a general question)

      A lot of people says it helps with dream vividness and recall. A few people say the opposite and others say it doesn't have an effect on dreams at all.

      I don't think there is any scientific research of the effects of tobacco and recall. I looked up the subject and found a few threads on it you should read:

      After reading a lot of different opinions, I would have to say that is affects people in different ways. I guess it would just depend on how your body reacts to it. Hope this helped a bit!
