Getting plenty of sleep is the first step to good dream recall. Also make sure you lay completely still when you just woke up. Just try remembering your dreams. Eventually you will be able to remember some. The first week when I've kept a dream journal, I was able to remember 1 dream that week. But 2 weeks later I could remember 3 dreams each night, I remembered 21 dreams that week. Just keep on trying, you will remember them soon :p. |

Start a dream journal and write down all the steps you will undertake to achieve lucidity, every now and again read over it might help you sub consciously. It also works to keep you motivated. Just like you I couldn't remember any dreams but just by writing this intro in to my dream journal I started remebering dreams . |

Everyone gave some good tips..but nobody linked this dream recall tutorial. It should help you a bit more When you first get up in the morning dont think about anything else other than your dreams. Just lay there for a few minutes and try to recall any little detail you can remember. It will get better with time! Best of luck. |
