Try RCing when you play call of duty. Whenever your playing, try not to "get in the zone" so to speak, but stay aware that this could be a dream as you dream of COD maps, and then do your reality checks whenever you get a chance. |

Well lately since i've came to this website and started journalling my dreams, i've noticed that 9/10 of my dreams are based in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Maps, this usually happens when I play the game an hour before I go bed. I was just wondering how I could realize this and use this to become lucid, I just don't see how I could, so any help would be nice! Thanks |

I'll try that, I normally do RCs and check my surroundings every 20 mins or so, but I'll try the other things you said too, thanks for that. |

OMG!!!!! My dreams are also based on Call of duty. |

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.
Good luck! The hardest part is staying aware the whole time your playing that you could be dreaming. I dream about video games a lot, and constantly find myself forgetting to be aware when I play and "immersing" myself in the game. Then when a save point comes up (or in the case of black ops the time or score limit is reached) I remember, Oh yeah! I could be dreaming... but of course I never had dreams of the loading screens so RCing during the loading screens doesn't really help, ha ha. |

Mine normally depend on what map I play last before I go to bed lol |

Try doing a RC every time you die. This way it doesn't really interrupt the gameplay but you're still RCing at the sight of this. Be sure to also RC at other times though, otherwise you may end up only RCing when you die which could cause you to wake up from your dream. |

Multiple Induction Technique (MIT) - Consistently have several lucids each night!

The thing is im wearing a gaming headset which makes the sound goes straight to my ears instead of coming from my TV, does this make a difference when I do the RCs? |
