Question Is This a Good Mantra?

Hello all. I am posting this thread as to simply ask whether or not you think my MILD'ing mantra is effective. My current mantra is simply "I will realise I'm dreaming."

Any feedback on this mantra will be helpful and ideas to improve my mantra will also be accepted.

      Thankyou

Hello Sambo, and welcome to DV
Some people will say that you shouldn't use future tenses, like "will" in a mantra, as your brain will see it as a thing to do in the future, and not right now.
I think that all that matters is the intention you put into it. If you think it will work, it will work.

You might try, "I am dreaming."

For most people the mantras work better when they are in present tense. Phrases like, "I am," and "I see" are good ways to start your mantra. These are very current verbs that keep things simple.

Mantras are nothing but words designed to help direct your mind on the idea of gaining lucidity. It can literally be anything, so you might as well keep it simple.
