So im really close to having my first wild/deild. Made it to Vibrations/auditory hallucinations twice but was too startled to remain calm. Im confident that i will get it the next time i get into sleep paralysis. |

Eat your favorite food, like a ton of it. It's pretty easy to do in a WILD because you can just walk into your kitchen and get it but it is really rewarding. ^_^ |

Many fun things to do, but we are talking your first WILD, so maybe keep it simple. Just do not forget to stabelize every two or three minutes. So activities should not be to distracting or take too long. How about use some sonic voice weapon, to summon your tiger, which can be totally insanly cool to really experience. Do it however you have seen it in shows. Powerful and easy. Then stablize again. Summon your tiger and put him through reponding to your commands, come, sit, and so on,,, then stabelize. Now climb on his back and move on to cool things. Just do not let the stroy truelly suck you in or you are lost. |

I remember seeing a thread similar to this where everybody stated their lucid goals back when I was a lurker 2 years ago. Here it is, if you want to read some of them. |

I'm having such issues. Everyone tells me to keep it simple, but all I want to do is walk around my house, touch things, eat food, and go outside. XD |

My suggestion is to practice stabilization before you try anything else. Otherwise you'll just have 15 second lucid dreams and that's not very long. |
