In last couple of months, after reading some literature, I became very intrigued by the idea of LD.
Learned about 2 methods of LD (DILD and WILD). I decided to go with the first one and started practicing reality checks and stuff to achieve lucidity. To this day I wasn't successful with DILD even once, even remotely.
On the other hand, since childhood I experienced this sleep paralysis phenomenon and know this state very well, so I decided to try WILD and, to my surprise, had already 2 successful LDs. The first one was just sheer excitement and all I did in my dream was a walk from my bedroom to my kitchen (it was very short). Next time I have managed to achieve this border state (when you are in SP but not in a dream yet) 2 times, and 1 time to enter LD (all in one night). This second LD was a little longer (about a minute or so), I've managed to fly around and walk a little, which was amazing at the time.
But after my LD broke and I woke up I remembered it all as a dream. So distant and very blurry. Can't recall any feelings from it, no details of a dream. Only the fact, that I was lucid and that it was very exciting. Even the lucidity was somewhat questionable (I had control over myself, but not to full extent).
So I have some questions to LD masters out there:

Does LD become more clear and detailed. Do I get more control over my actions with time, or is it always feels like a dream in the morning?

Should I continue to try DILD, or should I concentrate my efforts on WILD?

Is it possible (with time and skill) to enter LD every night?

Is it possible to be lucid in a non REM state (to be lucid all the time) and is it worth it?
