      Double Mantra?

      Hey guys

I was wondering of using two mantras for using mainly in DEILD, would either defeat the purpose, make it not work, of whatever.

      These are the mantras...

"I will realize when i am awake."

"I will not move when i awake."

      Mix them?, what?

      Thanks

It's the intentions that count, you can use different ones. Some people claim that specific words make a difference like saying "I lucid dream" instead of "I'm going to lucid dream" because it's present tense and short enough for the brain to remember it. I myself go with either "I'm dreaming" or "I will lucid dream" and they work great.

I suggest you try them out by themselves and see which one you're more successful with, but like I said, it's the intentions that count.

It's often said that positive mantras work better than negative ones. So, instead of going for "I will not move when I awake" (which makes you visualise moving when you wake) you could go for something like, "I'll play dead when I wake".
My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.

"I realize and stay still", or "I stay still"

it's positive, short, relays the message

As long as you know what it means to you, and it vibes with you, the mantra doesn't need to be grammatically correct, or at least that's what I think.
