SP is when you are immobilized when dreaming. But it's not something you need to go through when WILDing. Vibrations, feeling of heaviness, tired body, or any other sensation is just a normal part of falling asleep. You may feel some of them or none of them. You don't need to fell the SP, and you don't need to know, if you in SP. You most likely are not, and that's all normal.
HI (HH) are quite noticeable. Out of many hundreds of attempts, I had HH on maybe handfull of occasions. So you may not have any. But if you do, just know that they can not hurt you and they will last just very short time. Keep calm and you will get closer to LD.
