      Questions

So I have been lucid dreaming for a few weeks now and had 2. I try to practice ADA as much as possible so I'm doing that. I also try to MILD.
First question is about ADA. If I walk my dog for about 15 min a day and practice ADA the entire time is that good enough. If not how can I do it more throughout the day.
Next question is about WILD. What is sleep paralysis like. And how noticeable is HI when it first begins. I can never tell if I'm in sleep paralysis or not. When I do finally move after like 20 minutes its kind of difficult and my entire body feels tired. Is this good?
Last question is about things happening in my dreams. It's happened a few times. For example I think in my dreams. Like the other night I had a dream where I was in class and had to go to the bathroom. Then all the sudden I was in my car driving. And I thought, how the hell did I get in here and why am I driving to go to the bathroom. Then I got out of the car and my friend Cassidy was doing a research project on lucid dreaming. Then I woke up.
Is this good? Is it because of the ADA or what? Also will this eventually progress into lucid dreams?
Another example is last night. I was at this girl lizzy's house and I was laying on the floor and I thought. I wonder if her ex boyfriend would get mad at me for being here.
Is this becuase of ADA or does this happen in most dreams regardless of practicing ADA.

      Thanks!

Ada I believe is meant to be practised the whole day through, you are trying to constantly stimulate your awareness, if it doesn't become a habit it will probably not show up in dream as often. Just do it randomly whenever you remember to, but try to increase the length of time you do it every few days.

Contrary to the rumors that goes around a healthy human never reaches SP unless they are in a fully blown dream. The sensations you get when your body falls asleep can range from the slightest vibrations/heavyness and no HI to feeling like a jack hammer while on hallucinogens. Because you never actually reach SP it is possible to break the sleeping process as you are transitioning near the dream. Many people test if they can move but this is completely unnecessary. You seem to be close just keep doing what your at.

Well the fact that you are asking yourself questions is a good sign, whether it's because of ADA or not we cannot yet tell but it will certainly help if you put the effort into it.

SP is when you are immobilized when dreaming. But it's not something you need to go through when WILDing. Vibrations, feeling of heaviness, tired body, or any other sensation is just a normal part of falling asleep. You may feel some of them or none of them. You don't need to fell the SP, and you don't need to know, if you in SP. You most likely are not, and that's all normal.

HI (HH) are quite noticeable. Out of many hundreds of attempts, I had HH on maybe handfull of occasions. So you may not have any. But if you do, just know that they can not hurt you and they will last just very short time. Keep calm and you will get closer to LD.

Yes, thinking in your dream is a good sign that you are getting more aware. Keep at it.
