Something to do in a LD to relieve stress

So I was taking a walk today, collecting my thoughts, when an interesting idea came to my mind. The next time I have an LD, I think I may try this.

Basically, become lucid, then go up to every dream character you can and just kick them as hard as you can in the crotch. EVERYONE. I think this would be both a cool and hilarious way to relieve stress without people in real life hating you. If there's someone at school/work you don't like, just think to yourself "Tonight YOU'RE on the nutshot list" lol.

One of my LD objectives is hit with a baseball bat in the face every single politician of my country.

Just to plant a bad seed in your brain, imagine this scenario: In your excitement, you walk up to a person with the intention to kick them in the crotch, but your legs feel really heavy. Now, the dream character reads your mind and knows what you are doing. Unable to lift your legs and unable to defend yourself, the dream character proceeds to kick you in the groin. The pain of the kick causes you to buckle. Everyone starts laughing at you...

Saito: "If you can steal an idea from someone's mind, why can't you plant one there instead?"

Arthur: "Okay, here's me planting an idea in your head. I say to you, don't think about elephants. What are you thinking about?"

      Saito: "Elephants."

Exercising violence in a lucid dream can make you feel even more frustrated. I wouldn't recommend it.

I think you should respect your dream characters a little more I have experience that whenever if I'm lucid and try to harm DCs the dream becomes a nightmare, until the DCs are like villains, monsters etc. I would try to relax by sitting in the top of a pyramid or a lake in a night whichs sky is full of stars or something like in movies more than starting to get violent.

Not sure if it's such a great idea to learn to beat up people in LDs. Usually in non-lds you act out negative thoughts anyway, so reinforcing negative emotions could make you feel angrier towards people in real life. Like mika said DCs may respond to this and then the LD will become a hell of fight. And the next time you see the person in real life, you will remember more intense negative emotions, and dislike them even more.

Another thing is, stress brings a vicious circle in itself. If you are stressed you will have less LDs and more violent or negative non-lds anyways. So beating up people might not reduce it, but rather make you think about your negative emotions day and night.

I would say whether fight with DC or beating DC up would affect you positively or negatively depends on what kind of person you are, people who are consciously and/or subconsciously pacifist will ofcourse feel more negative about it but people who consciously and/or subconsciously are more fighters and are enjoying being powerful will feel positive about it.

Hmm, that really got me contemplating. If I were in an LD and were in full control of my actions I wouldn't go for intentionally beating a person I really know irl. As said above, I wouldn't want to reinforce neg feelings with real people, but I would have more flexible attitude towards unknown agressive DCs. I guess it also depends on your dream mood too.

I just did something similar yesterday...I saw some huge guy and i just decreased his muscles. Then to the other guy, i made his hand disappear. The look on his face was hilarious.he was like : "WHAT??? I just had hand a few seconds earlier".. I am still laughing when i think about that...

Since they are DC's I don't find it useful to beat them if they are doing nothing to me. On the other hand, if they attack me, I will answer in the same way, and I know I will feel real good once they are done because of those who attack me doesn't fit exactly in the standard group. When I don't like just to see them I use to command them to go away in the first place, I find being alone more relaxing than spending my time beating the air of their heads.

I don't recommend this. There are far better ways you could go around finding inner peace in lucid dreams.
I wouldn't recommend adapting this as a habit, but I guess it might be a fun thing to do.

Yeah, after everyones response, I'd think its safe to say I wouldn't do this to everyone in the dream. I'd still do it just for kicks and giggles though, lol.

I respect that you are looking into LDing to vent and transmute emotions, but if this is done out of frustration or hatred, it will probably come back to bite you in the butt.

Like Checker666 said, when it comes to people giving you advice, it is a matter of subjective opinion and what the situation is; however, your unconscious mind is already programmed to respond to your emotions/intentions in a certain way, and that is what I am trying to point out. It might reinforce these negative feelings.

How about picking out boxing or some other sport in waking life to vent your anger and save lucids to have adventures and fun.
