      Stabilizing

Maybe others out there are like me....I tried spinning to stabilize or teleport...all that happened is I saw the scene just as if I spun in real life, and eventually woke up. But something that works better for me (did it 3 times out of three)...I usually start to lose vision first.. If I grab something and hold onto it... I have found I will delay waking up for a number of seconds...maybe 20... Then I wake up in bed...but in a weird position. Unfortunately each time it was so real of an FA I didnt realize I had actually recovered my dream vision and was still dreaming, and location was now my bed. I think this is what Stephen Laberge experiences with his spinning (back in bed) so it seems like a valid alternate technique when spinning doesnt work.

Spinning makes everything go blurry and you losing the dream. Using your senses is a way more safe method of doing it.

I agree. Engaging your senses in the dream can stabilize it very well. Also, try to reality check every time you wake up, no matter where you are. This can help catch tricky FA's in the future.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
