Maybe others out there are like me....I tried spinning to stabilize or teleport...all that happened is I saw the scene just as if I spun in real life, and eventually woke up. But something that works better for me (did it 3 times out of three)...I usually start to lose vision first.. If I grab something and hold onto it... I have found I will delay waking up for a number of seconds...maybe 20... Then I wake up in bed...but in a weird position. Unfortunately each time it was so real of an FA I didnt realize I had actually recovered my dream vision and was still dreaming, and location was now my bed. I think this is what Stephen Laberge experiences with his spinning (back in bed) so it seems like a valid alternate technique when spinning doesnt work. |
