I find the problem is concentrating TOO MUCH on trying to do something. In my experience, the best thing to do is passively observe these signals, sounds and/or images you may get when going through sleep paralysis. Trying too hard will often lead to waking up in my experience. |

I'm sure I could find you a tutorial or two that you have not read yet and would explain your experience. WILD (sageous) |

Hi. The ringing in your mind, vibrations, sounds like the third eye opening up, which can happen as a result of trying to lucid dream. It's normal. Not everyone notices the ringing/vibration. There are a few people on here who have the ringing during sleep paralysis, too. Not me. I'm deaf during sleep paralysis. But I get the ringing/vibration when I'm waking up from an episode of SP. I've never tried to fall asleep after SP, I don't like SP! I'm up and checking on the kids, the house, the dog - everything, when I am able to finally move after SP. It doesn't happen that often. Maybe someone else can help you better, but I just wanted to say - you're not alone. |

Happens quite often for me during my WILD attempts, just don't pay attention to it, you'll get used to it eventually |
