High Pitched sound/ Vibrating while waking up from layer 1 of lucidity

Hey i'm Fairly new to lucid dreaming but have done all the research i need to do on it.
So i have acheived about 4 lucid dreams in about the first 5 weeks of trying it all of them layerl 1 lucid dreaming where i wake up when i realise im dreaming. but i wake up to a high pitch sound and vibrating. Now i know the vibrating is normal in sleep paralysis but ive never heard as the high pitch sound as a symptom of sleep paralysis. Now i do the normal things stay calm ect because i know what it is but No matter how hard i try i just cant get back to sleep because the vibrations are to intense. And i just know if i go back to sleep i would achieve a WILD state but i just end up focusing on Trying to make me completly conscious again by trying to move my right arm. Any suggestions to help me fall asleep once i get this intense high pitched noise and vibrating.

(Dont get me into that demon nonsense or alien controling my mind because Aliens exist in another galexy not on earth and demons i cant say they exist because of lack of evidence) (Im 17 by the way if this is a factor to anything)

I find the problem is concentrating TOO MUCH on trying to do something. In my experience, the best thing to do is passively observe these signals, sounds and/or images you may get when going through sleep paralysis. Trying too hard will often lead to waking up in my experience.

I'm sure I could find you a tutorial or two that you have not read yet and would explain your experience. WILD (sageous)

SP is when you can't move. We all get it when we dream. But only a few notice it, if it kicks in too early or doesn't end when you wake up.

Both sound and vibrating, among many other possible sensations and hallucinations you may/may not experience, are normal signs of falling asleep. SP explained.

You just have to wait for it to be over without paying attention to it. If you go to sleep normally, you will not have a WILD. You have to stay consious while falling asleep.

By trying to get conscious you are interrupting the process of WILDing. There is nothing wrong with the way it was going for you. You just wait for sensations to be over. Do RC and check if you in LD. Visualize a dream to help forming it.

What's nonsense to you may not be such a crazy idea for some people, especially in a forum about nonsense like lucid dreaming. (At least that's what majority of population thinks about LDing.) But don't worry, nobody will try to convince you about anything.

So good luck and Happy dreams

I see this is your first post, so Welcome to Dreamviews! If you need help with anything else, just ask.

Hi. The ringing in your mind, vibrations, sounds like the third eye opening up, which can happen as a result of trying to lucid dream. It's normal. Not everyone notices the ringing/vibration. There are a few people on here who have the ringing during sleep paralysis, too. Not me. I'm deaf during sleep paralysis. But I get the ringing/vibration when I'm waking up from an episode of SP. I've never tried to fall asleep after SP, I don't like SP! I'm up and checking on the kids, the house, the dog - everything, when I am able to finally move after SP. It doesn't happen that often. Maybe someone else can help you better, but I just wanted to say - you're not alone.

Happens quite often for me during my WILD attempts, just don't pay attention to it, you'll get used to it eventually .
