What have you learned in LD's

What have you learned in LD's that applies for real life?
Have you discovered anything useful that can be used in real life?

      Self-imposed challenges are fun.

You can do math in dreams. More generally, you can take any skill you want to improve upon and practice it in a lucid dream. Certain dream theories state that dreams are programmed for that kind of thing.

You can eat whatever you want in a dream and not get fat. Though I've never used it for weight loss, I've heard of it being used before.

If that applies, i had a few dreams about video game bosses/situations, and then created them in video game after waking up, based on these dreams.
      Those were non-lucid though.

A few things I learned were: Journies never really have an end, just a resting point. Also, the simple things in life can be the most enjoyable.

Also, to echo what Abra said, you can practice things from real life and acquire experience/understanding of something. That can be extremely helpful. You can surely learn about yourself- ^^
      Goals: For now, exploration!.
