What happened to me

Basicly I was in a bad dream and than I realised I was dreaming, I closed my eyes and opened them quickly and there I was in bed, than it started....I was in my room but it was darker than usual,I was on my back and I couldn't move and I tried calling out for people in my house but my voice was really weak and high pitched, I was just there on my bed in terror, and than my phone rang and I actually woke up

It sounds like you had a false awakening nightmare that you were in sleep paralysis. Not being able to scream is very normal for nightmares.

Sounds like Brandon is right. What a trippy way to start off your Lucid Dreaming experiences... Don't let it stop you from continuing your Lucid Dreaming experiences. There is so much you can do with them.

Yeah, Brandon is right, i have had bunch of these when i started with lucid dreaming, though i was actually lucid in them and was actually being able to move some time after the start of dream.
