It sounds like you had a false awakening nightmare that you were in sleep paralysis. Not being able to scream is very normal for nightmares. |

Basicly I was in a bad dream and than I realised I was dreaming, I closed my eyes and opened them quickly and there I was in bed, than it started....I was in my room but it was darker than usual,I was on my back and I couldn't move and I tried calling out for people in my house but my voice was really weak and high pitched, I was just there on my bed in terror, and than my phone rang and I actually woke up |

Sounds like Brandon is right. What a trippy way to start off your Lucid Dreaming experiences... Don't let it stop you from continuing your Lucid Dreaming experiences. There is so much you can do with them. |

Yeah, Brandon is right, i have had bunch of these when i started with lucid dreaming, though i was actually lucid in them and was actually being able to move some time after the start of dream. |
