In the last few months my sleep has been altered a lot. The pattern is fine as I roughly get the same amount of hours every night but for some reason I can only seem to dream in the last two hours of my sleep, whether that be non-lucid or lucid. That would be fine if I had an 8 hour pattern but at the moment my medication makes me sleep about 12 hours. So I can only really dream between 10am- 12pm. Ideally I don't want to have to sleep in so late everyday and although my meds make it very easy for me to sleep 12 hours if I force myself to wake up earlier I could. However when I attempted to wake up earlier before I couldn't dream. I don't know if I've somehow got it into my mind that I need at least 10 hours in order to dream because that seems to be the case right now. |

You could try polyphasic sleep. I encourage everyone to do that, but it would probably fix your problem because you wake up more than once per day, which would increase your dream recall. It definitely helped mine, and in fact is what got me really interested in lucid dreaming in the first place. |
