You should look for one! I haven't seen a new color, I have just seen vibrant ones, and colors where they don't belong.

Lucid dreaming is different than normal dreams because you can live through whatever you choose. Also dreams seem to be based on what your thoughts are about, so if you can "think" of a new color you should be able to see one even if not lucid. All you have to do is change your eyes to see beyond the normal frequency to higher than red (I think red is the higher one)
