Hello Moltenmurw, perhaps I didn't explain well enough. Stabilization may be achieved by engaging the sences. If you feel the dream is running away so to speak, or is somewhat blurry, you can try to interact with it, by touching the walls, eating something, hugging a DC, talking out loud, saying mantras/commands out lout, smelling the air, etc.

But, I have heard that thinking about your body too much, may actually connect you back to your physical body, or in Thetherofdreams' case, moving the eyes may have resulted in that. I would simply suggest trying to normally look at objects, as we do in real life, instead of trying to move the eyes.

Also, in his case, because he complains of tunnel vision, I suggested if that is not possible, than, just kind of imagine that you are looking at the thing, and kind of visualize it, again don't try to move your eyeballs, just as a general advice, and see how it goes from then on.

@ both, I hope you get enjoyable lucid experiences in the future, and you will certainly learn how to stabilize properly most of the time. If you have any Qs feel free to ask, although I am still learning, because there is no end to learning in LDs, I would be happy to help. Sweet dreams!
