I think I'm offended. And my brain is offended and even my HH are offended. |

Cancers?! What are you saying about HH! The most beautiful music my mind has ever created is during HH and you shame it. What did it ever do to you? |

“For one priceless moment in the whole history of man, all of the people on this earth are truly one."
"Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you."
god, I never thought you're gonna take it so seriously lol. How do I want to notice it? I just want to do WILD without those creepy things hahah |

Well, usually HH is what you expect it to be, if you expect it to be creepy it will be. |

its all in your head man. If you don't want it to be a scary experience, don't think of it as a scary experience and nothing bad will happen. I used to get freaked out during the whole HH process and then i would hear scary noises and see shadows and stuff. But if you just chill and think yay I'm going to be lucid it should be a pleasant thing. If you really want, just don't open your eyes during the transition into the dream at any point until you know your in your dream body then you open your eyes and begin the dream. Thats what I do atleast. |

" The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven "
Just focus on kittens, puppies, or whatever makes you the most happy and I believe the HH would be that. Or close to that, I don't know since I did never try to WILD before. |
