Exclamation I don't know what to think of this anymore...

Alright, so I have no idea what the HELL just happened to me last night.

I had a dream, and inside that dream I got into someone else's dream (impossible, I know) and I became lucid in that, and started getting really exited, but with no distortion (maybe because it wasn't my dream, but that's impossible because the first dream was mine so any dreams hence would be in my control)!?

Ok, calm down myself, do a reality check... your not dreaming. Ok, now breathe, in... out... alright now try again.

So tonight I had the weirdest dream, I'm really not sure what to say.

What are your guy's thoughts? Is it possible that the first dream was mine and since my mind thought that the dream inside that wasn't mine is that why I couldn't do nothin' normal?

I really don't know what to think of it anymore.

      Thanks in advance.

      Sweet dreams.

      Noses:
I drank caffeine before bed, along with a cup of apple juice. (double whammy ehy?)
Nothing was out of the ordinary.
I didn't go on the computer that night.

Might as well have been a regular dream, sometimes we can really get intense on emotions and still keep the dream stable.

      My thoughts on this:

      (1) The dream was yours. The fact that you thought it was your friend's dream is just your logic not all working correctly, as logic often does in dreams.
      (2) I was going to say that this could have been a non-lucid dream about lucid dreaming, but then I saw in your dream journal the "aha moment" when you realized this is a dream, and you then did the reality checks, so based on that I would say this was a lucid dream, your lucid dream.
      (3) Yes, I think your mistaken belief that this was your friend's dream may well have caused you to not expect to have control, and that's why you could not do stuff, I thinks.

      Interesting dream, I like it!

Well, I didn't really have an "aha moment", because in the dream, I entered my friends dream. If that makes sense. We both knew it was a dream. But it did sort of come to me at one point. Like "Wait a second, I'm dreaming!"

Anyways, thanks for your thoughts on it y'all.

See I would say that the "Wait a second" moment is when you became lucid, not when you entered your friend's dream, then you were just dreaming non lucidly about lucid dreaming, I think, until the moment when you thought "Wait a second".
