I recently had a break through and did RC in a dream except I didn't get lucid. I got told by my DC(who happen to be my sister) that I wasn't in a dream. I'm wondering why it didn't work and why does get lucid after that seem really difficult? |

My dreams are extremely vivid and realistic, and I rarely see many crazy outlandish things that cause me to become lucid. I have done the hand induction technique, and it feels and looks like my flesh and bone hand. It's been one of the most difficult parts to conquer in my lucid dreaming journey. You have to find whatever works best for you! We are all different and unique, and you have to find what induction techniques produces the best consistent results. One induction technique that might seem universal to some people like the hand technique won't work for others. |
