Thread: Mantra suggestions :/

Mantras are great to help you do or remember something. But self-awareness is best practiced during day. You are getting more self-aware in your waking world and then this will happen in your dreams also.

I've found that mantras don't mean much without emotion, so try a ton of random ones and whichever one you feel you connect to the most, pick it.

You said 'in lucid dreams', so here are some mantra that you should recite IN A DREAM:

"What the fuck is going on?!"
Or, to be less offensive and more thorough, "What is happening? Where am I? Who am I? What's the date?"

If, however you want a mantra to recite OUTSIDE A DREAM:

"I will recite the above mantras in my dream"

Look into Self Hypnosis and give suggestions that when you find your self in a dream you are more aware depending on your suggestibilty. Have you tried spinning during lucid? I read that spinning sensation targets the REM in your mind and responds to it. Or rub your clothing and walls etc.
