Question Is it okay to start a technique now?

      Hi, people!
These days my recall is a little bit fluctuating. Yesterday I remembered 3 dreams, but today I don't remember anything. One day my recall is very good, but the other I remember some fragment or just nothing. So my question is... Is it okay to try some technique now or I should do something for my recall? If I should do something for my recall - What?

      Thank in advance

Have u tried takin some vitamin B6 before bed? That helps with dream vividness and in turn should help you to recall what happened during your sleep.

Of course! You can start practising lucid dreaming inductions whenever you want.

Dream recall will improve with time and practise as well.

      Sweet dreams!

I agree with Mastermind, definitely get started on a technique just now! Recall will come with more and more practice, and you can get better at that as you get better at your chosen technique.

      Good luck!

Yes! get started with techniques, just the extra attention of trying out techniques will probably push up your dream recall.

I would also recommend signing up for some classes in the DVA.

That's the technique that I started just yesterday. I will give it more time to see if there will be some results. Thanks everyone...
