I have pretty good recall and can remember most of my dreams. The problem I'm finding is that they are too plain for me to notice they're dreams. I don't have any dancing elephants or dinosaurs to make me realize I'm dreaming. Basically they are too possible and potentially truthful that they all feel real. For example, last night I had a dream that my girlfriend was moving. In reality, she's not going anywhere but I justified it in my dream and thought it was true. How can I try to achieve lucidity when my dreams are too "possible" for me to differentiate them from reality? |
