I have found my ultimate lucid dream technique!!:D:D

Few days ago i posted theory about possible technique which was about communicating with your unconcisious using feelings and intention. So its feeling induced lucid dreaming. I practiced awhile thinking without words and paying atention to my feelings when i think about different things. This has also helped me understand more about my feelings. So i memorized the feeling when i became lucid but without being excited. Then when i am about to fall asleep i recreate the feeling and say once in my mind i will lucid dream and i have started as lucid beginning of my dream.... but i have always forgotten to make sure that i dont lose lucidity. I have tried this multiple times and always succeded but sometimes i forget to create the feeling and strong intention to be lucid and it havent work. I also realized that i have been using this with deild thats why it was so easy for me. I all so do all day awareness with this.

Interesting. Subtle enough that you would need to explain more how it differs from other methods.

Good for you. That's an interesting idea. Still haven't found my own trick to get lucid yet.

Sounds to me like this is close to MILD.

I explain it very fast. Emotions are there to guide us. They affect our thought and tells us when something is wrong. Everything you do and you experience have feeling with it. It might be weak and we dont notice it or strong like happy, sad and angry everytime you do something pay attention to you feelings. Then when you have lucid dream remember the feeling you became lucid how disconnected you are from the world around you that nothing is real. Memorize the feeling and when you are about fall asleep try to remember the feeling and when your in dream you just know its dream. Have you noticed when something happens to you what causes you to feel something strong you usually dream something that reminds you of that. Emotions control our thought and if you have the right feeling it makes the thought come up. Even when you do reality check are you dreaming you feel something. I cant explain it better.

Thatīs interesting and i think this is a subtle variant of DILD. You take the dreamy feeling as your dreamsign. Indeed, if you can recognize this dreamsign, then you can really say you have found your ultimate technique.

But please, just change your username, please, i donīt know how to adress you
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

OP, you really are using a MILD technique to induce DILD. There's nothing wrong with that, of course, and feelings are indeed a great focal point for setting intention.

Thanks for sharing; even if it isn't a new technique, it does serve to remind us that feelings, emotion, can play an impportant role in LD'ing, as they do in life!

I have been doing this for a long time.

Add to the feeling the excitement you will have when you wake up, when you accomplish a ToTM, etc.

I teach this in my lucid dreaming classes.
