Well i have tried spinning,rubbing hands together when dream fading grapping something, saying and believing i will have long lucid dream, ingoring completly time,asking help for dream character but i always end up in black space and lose dream senses and wake up. I also tried taking it chill, continuing dream story calling dream guide. And the weird thing is they all seem to be excacly equally short. Its like my brain doesnt let me lucid dream longer but i have used deild falling back to lucid dream like 7 times in one night but it just isnt same always resetting everything. I know the problem is awareness i always try pull more awareness but i just seem to be so stupid in dream that cant put enough focus into it to care. Just have to make stronger intetion to be more aware in dream but looking my hands doesnt help they look all most real only once they have look like balloon which was cool but i reacted to it very weird i just said wooah thats cool no excitment or anything and just went to sit and ate pizza in lucid dream. I just cant fully realize that im dreaming.
