Annoying dream recall of lucid dreams problem.

So i posted thread where i found my ultimate lucid dream technique. I can now willingly lucid dream every night. I have to be tired when i go to sleep if i want first dream lucid but i find it easier wake up after first rem cycle and then go fall asleep with memory of being lucid and it always works but..... now all of a sudden my dream recall is really bad i remember about 5 dreams a day but few images and scenes of them. I have had about in past 7 days 7 lucid dreams but no memory what i did after i did stablelation techniques. It is so annoying that when you wake up i cant remember all most anything because i used to be recall pretty much very vividly and relive the experience in my thought. I dont write dream journal but when i wake up i relive my dream few time to memorize it but i dont remember much no matter how hard i try. I wanna have one long full lucid dream experience all of my lucid dreams have been about 1-3min long then i might have lost lucidity or woken up. Does anyone have tips to fix this problem?

You might not like this idea, but why don't you start journalling your dreams? In all the time I've been here, and from personal experience, I have learned that journalling your dreams (whether you are beginning LDing or a veteran who just doesn't like journalling) will greatly help with recall. Since you mentioned you don't really journal, just give it a try for the mean time. The more you journal them, the better your recall will become. Good luck.
NyxCC, Brizzl and stupid like this.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

You said the truth i hate keeping dream journal! At the begining i wrote down my dreams i could literally see everyday how much more i remembered then i stopped it because i could remember everything it was too much to write. When i stopped past 3 days my night felt so long because i could remember all most everything then i lost my sleeping pattern and with i lost my dream recalling skills. Thanks for answer i just wanted to see if there was easy way but when it comes to lucid dreaming there never is.

You are right, but it's also good to remember that all the effort is worth it! If there's too much to write down, you can just write the plot of the dream, maybe a few phrases that are important or memorable to you. And if you like a certain dream, you can detail it later

I did that morning. Just wrote things from different scenes much easier and as effective.

I had lucid dream today but every time i become lucid my dream character starts attacking me or do something that make me angry it is so weird i cant find cause to it i made thread with no answers.

I used to dream journal as well but haven't done it in a while and dislike it very much. I feel like it disrupts my sleeping pattern and I would have to wake up earlier in order to write them down when i already get sub 6 hours of sleep a day. I relive each dream each morning from the time i get out of bed until i'm done showering several times. I even remember different details as the day goes along the more i think about it. I can't be assed to write them down anymore though...forget that noise.

I did the same thing but i always seem to forget some of the dream no matter how many times i relive them. I started writing few words from different scenes to boost my memory not so annoying as writing the whole thing.
