I might have found a breakthrough in lucid dreaming:D!

      How i found this tenchique.
I have had this problem in lucid dreams that i always know and feel my body in bed and it has cause me to wake up so many times. Today i had a dream and i started to feel my body in a bed again. Then i woke up and the bed was rising and something threw me on a wall and the bed other side of room. I was so freaked out then i woke up again.
I realized it was a dream and started writing my dream journal then i went to sleep and was thinking the previous dream and
as soon i fell asleep i flew out of my bed and i thought could this be obe? I have had obe before and this was lucid dream. Then i thought i could make this a technique. I tried again when i woke up and started thinking about myself rising out of a bed while trying to sleep and it worked again!.
I had 3 lucid dreams that night and all started me vizualising myself rising from my bed while trying to sleep i just flew out of my bed and was in my room it was like i never fell asleep. I also wrote dream journal when i woke up so that proofed that it wasnt just one big dream.
Im going to test it few more times and name the technique and post it with more simple details if it works.
The shock from feeling yourself rising from bed brings you fully aware which makes the dream really realistic and already stabilized.

Also when i thought this was obe dream characters didnt see me but as soon as i realized it was a dream it became normal lucid dream DC started noticing me.
This makes you wonder how many people have thought they had obe without realizing it was a dream.

      Guide for technique.
      Go to sleep.
Wake up after few hours later and stay awake about 5min.
Go to sleep while trying to thinking you levitating out of bed. When you are a sleep you should feel yourself levitating out of bed and find yourself in your dream room. I tried this 3 times in one night and worked each time. You have to except you levitating out of bed as soon as you fall asleep.

Very intriguing - I think I'll give this a shot at some point in the next few days.

      Thanks!

I wouldnt recommend it anymore. I tried it few times and i dreamed that i was trying to sleep even though i was already sleeping. It is really confusing and interesting method. I always manage to keep my awareness but its hard to say when you are switched into dream mode. I atempted this few days ago again: I went to sleep with itention of doing same technique i was about to have sleep paralysis when i opened my eyes a dog was laying beside my bed i stroke it and went back to trying wild but then i realized i dont have a dog opened eyes and it was all a dream. This is very common problem with this technique because if you think your in your room laying in bed you also could be dreaming about laying in bed trying to wild. If these experiences sound interesting try it but i think wild has higher rate of succes because you notice immidietally that you have moved from your bed to a dreamland.
This is also why i believe many obe are lucid dream because the people are only thinking of obe when falling asleep while keeping awareness but i have had a unintentionally obe and i would say the experience is comepelty difference.
