A dream that may have a fa? Not like any other dream I've had...

So I was watching Radio 1 before I went to sleep as I do every Sunday (the dan and phil show), and then I went to sleep thinking about the events of it.

Obviously I fall asleep, and I have a dream (I think) about being awake and on my computer and something about kissing (which seemed real but it's not).
Anyway, my dad told me to go to sleep, so I did (in the dream). And as soon as I got into bed and closed my eyes, I got a weird feeling of going back into my physical body, then waking up.

      What was this?
Edit: it felt lucid but i didn't try controlling it or anything, it felt like I was actually awake so it was a shock when I woke up and found it was 3 am!

It sounds like a normal non-lucid dream, perhaps more vivid and detailed than you normally have. If you don't realize while in the dream that you are dreaming, then it's not a LD.

FA is just a normal non-lucid, in which you dream that you got up and went about your day. If you get a lot of these, you can use that as another opportunity to get lucid. RC everytime you get up from bed. Then you start doing that in your dreams as well and you may get lucid. Good luck
