Hi, I need a way to stay lucid in a dream for more then a few seconds. I have had my first 3 lucid dreams these past 3 week and all of them ended in me waking up after a few seconds. The third one was the least bad one, cuz I remembered that I want to stay Lucid and I said to myself while freaking out "I need to stay lucid!I need to stay lucid!" but the dream world turned black and I couldnt feel a dream body existing, so I said that I should wake myself up, which I did but which caused a false awakening.
Will rubbing my hands solve the problem, or is the problem relevant to another aspect?
