Ok so a couple years back I was a teenager that loved wondering about the "unknown." Now, not so much. I researched about lucid dreaming so much that now I'll randomly know that I'm dreaming.. It's an unwanted thing. It scares me because I feel like I'm gonna be stuck in the dream or get possessed. Even though I technically know "you're 100%" safe in a dream. So I'll "shake" to wake up and I end up having sleep paralysis of course & that's even worse. What can I do to stop realizing that I'm dreaming? It always happens in the morning. |
