      Everyday lucid dreams but...

I haven't really slept for the past 3 days, but before that and last night i had lucid dreams. Wierd thing is i always have lucid dreams. At least theoretically... Every time i realise that i'm dreaming, like every single time i go to sleep, but it only lasts a few seconds.. Now i know what you're going to say. "Stabilization techniques" and what not, but you should know i always do those in all of my real lucid dreams. These one's are just i don't know.. i can't really do anything but wake up. Not even mentaly it's just black and nothingness, is it possible that i realise that i'm lucid at the very end of my REM cycle, so that makes it impossible for the dream to continue?

I woke up after a few seconds in my first 2 LDs,. That made me very frustrated, and in my 3rd LD, I ran screaming:" I have to last!!" , and everything turned black, and I felt like a single *atom*. I posted it here, and got a lot of great answers, that are to not only stablize, but also to be calm and repeat:"I'm dreaming". In my 4rth dream, I became lucid, and I went to a dc and told him to remind me I'm dreaming next time i'm dreamin ,before i actually did stablization, then i stablized. So just try to calm down and be passive. It will work, if not now, later when you become more used to becoming lucid.
Hope I helped, and good luck
I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

This happens to me almost every night! I become lucid at the start or the end of my REM cycle, so I definitely think it's possible. Also, when it's near the end of the REM cycle, the same thing will happen to me - The dream only lasts a couple seconds, sometimes I become lucid as I'm waking up and the dream world has just faded to dark. Stabilization also doesn't help me in the end of the REM cycle dreams, because I wake up before I can stabilize. The one thing that helps me prolong these dreams is DEILDs. When the dream world fades to black, I start touching things with my dream body and dancing around to maximize the amount of physical sensation that I feel with my dream body until I'm back in a dream.

I hope the same thing works for you
