I like the ones I made myself. prefer not to have music. I think I used to use 8 hz and had moderate success with that. Also I prefer to use wireless headphones. |

Just wondering, what kind of binaural beats work the best? It's been a long time since I've tried to LD, so I made it my New Years resolution to try harder xD so yeah. That's about it. |

Come on, try, give your command
Then you'll see and understand that my heart's no longer here
To be swayed by even tears.
If I were to move again, everything would be in vain
Every aspect of my life would descend into the dark

LD's approximately 20: always getting better
Well the first thing you should know, is you need a nice pair of headphones for binaural beats to even work... second, you should know that (for LDing at least) the best binaural beats are the ones with no background noises (rain drops, etc.). With this said, you should probably make your own binaural beats, and experiment with frequency, etc., to get the best results for you, specifically. Try to download Gnaural (it's free). It's what I use, and it works great! I was able to experiment, and find the best frequency for LDing (for me). Hope this helps! |

Spoiler for Lucid Goals:
I-Doser has really good binaural beats. Pretty cheap too. |
