Every dreamer is different and many techniques that work for some, don't work for others. If your dream was extremely vivid when you used it, I say go for it. It never hurts to try and I always recommend experimenting with different techniques to see what works best for you. There are many dreamers who have used the with good success and there are some on the other end of the spectrum as well. Lucid Dreaming is an extremely flexible skill and you should never hesitate to experiment. Good luck and be sure to post your results.

I love binaural beats! BUT AHG, it's too uncomfortable to sleep with headphones or earphones on. I'll get over it and try tomorrow night.

I've tried both binaural beats and isochronic tones. Unfortunately, I didn't have any success and also think it's very unpleasant to sleep with headphones/earphones. However, like KingYoshi said, you should just give it a try and see how it works out for you.

I had my very first false awakening when I tried binaural beats. Was great, but unfortunately the dream fell apart quickly after I started walking around and noticing odd things in my room.

I think they work for some people, and maybe it is just a placebo effect. Not sure. Definitely worth trying out, but remember you have to use a pair of good quality stereo headphones, earphones will more than likely not work.

      Good luck!
