Last night i was having this dream where i was holding some kind of portable ladders (i did some chores during the day hahaha) and suddenly i remember to do a reality check, so i glanced at my palm and found a strange drawing on it and realized i was dreaming, since i wrote an r on it that stands for reality. Anyway, i quckly closed the ladder but accidentaly pinched my hand while doing this , and oddly enough i actually felt pain from that pinch, do next thing i know i was awake in my beed a little scared because of the "accident" i had on my dream. My question here is, was this a lucid dream ? And if it was, how do i prevent ths type of things to happen? |

If you realize that you are dreaming, while you are inside of a dream, that is a lucid dream. Congrats |
