      DEILD stacking is hard

I always have the habit of MOVING after I wake up to see what time it is. I'm like, "Man, what could possibly be so important about the time that I must abort the dreams?"

You could try using a mantra while you fall asleep to aid in this. In the same way MILD can help you get lucid, it can also help you achieve other goals while asleep/right when you wake up. Something along the lines of "I won't move when I wake up." This should help you grow accustomed to staying completely motionless when you wake up.

You could also practice with an alarm. In the morning, you know you'll snooze you're alarm, go back to sleep for a couple minutes only to wake up yet again? Try doing that a couple times and make an effort not to move after each. Try using a mantra here, too, if you'd like.

And if you're coming out of a lucid dream, you can often feel the dream fading/know when it's about to end, so you can give yourself some time to prepare and make sure you don't move

I agree with Burke on using a mantra…something like "I will stay still when I wake up from a dream." This has worked for me recently and I've been able to DEILD a couple of times. Almost all my lucid dreams are DILDs now.
