Dild. A great initial technique is utilizing your excitement. Your mind is probably on overdrive thinking of the things you can do in a lucid dream, well manifest that intent before sleep and put it in to the hard set belief that you will have a lucid dream. Large chance even that can get you some initial lucid dreams. At the same time maybe read up on the DILD technique and start trying some of it.

This. I would add that the easiest way to get started is to keep a dream journal. Think about your dreams and get excited about what lucid dreaming will feel like. With just the DJ and excitement, there's a fair chance you'll experience some spontaneous DILDs. Or at least your dream recall will improve and you will have some interesting non-LDs. When you're ready to take on more, read ETWOLD and upgrade to MILD.

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
