When you are actually tired, listen to an mp3 audiobook. Do not try to stay awake, just let the story get all blurred into the half sleep that comes before true sleep.Do this as part of a WBTB. It works like a mantra or other anchor. You may find that your still hearing the book after you are asleep, and that can make you lucid. A cartoon or tv show may also work, but avoid one that would have loud things in it like gunfire. |
