So, I am not new at this, I am LD for many years now, I have had lucid dreams almost every day, but lately none, since I got new job that starts too early to really LD like I was doing it before. I always woke up around 6-7 AM, waited for about half an hour and went back to sleep. I became lucid almost every time and was getting better and better. But now nothing for three months. I was at home this week cause I am ill and I tried LD again, but had very little success. out of 4 days, only 2 really blurry LD, almost like nothing.
So today I started t write dream journal again and started with day time RC and all the mantras etc.. , cause I want to LD again. I would like to try with "night" lucid LD instead of morning ones.

But now I have no idea how do it. If I go to bed at 11 PM, when would it be best to wake up and how to do it? Go out of the room for 30 minutes? Turn on the lights? I cant have my alarm clock set up at night, cause I dont sleep alone, but would really love to continue this.

Can you help me please with ideas?
