I meant recall in the title, not control. |

I find it difficult to remember to remember my dreams on school days. If I do remember it's after I get up and the dream is already gone. Any advice to help me? |

We just need some more details. What is the difference between school nights and nights that you don't have school? |

Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives. ~William Dement
Sounds like you need to sleep more and get up 5 minutes earlier. Toss in some micro WBTBs. |

^^What Brandon said. Don't immediately rush out of bed, but allow yourself a few mins to think about your dreams, ideally stay still. This can be done by setting the alarm a few mins before your usual time. Also try to go back to bed a little earlier to get more sleep, ld and recall opportunities. |
