stuck in a room

Has any one had a lucid and been confined to a specific area ? I say this because last night I had a lucid dream.. I started off in a familiar place in my lucid dreams (at work) .. Usually I would walk straight through athe window.. But this time I just bounced off of it as if it was real life glass.. How do I overcome this if it happens in future lucid dreams? Any advice greatly appreciated !

It may just be a one time thing since you don't usually have any trouble with it. Just know that you've done this before and you have no trouble with it, last night was just a flook. You can use things from tv and movies to help too, like when Harry and the others run through the barrier to get to platform 9¾. Think along the lines of "Oh, this window here has a spell on it which makes it possible to walk through" I'm pretty sure this is the podcast episode where they talk about phasing through things, lots of great advice on there: http://www.dreamviews.com/dreamviews...-sleepers.html
