Being someone who hasn't put a serious attempt into lucid dream for about it year, it makes me sad to remember all the good times I had in lucid and non lucid dreams. I remember all the constant reality checks, taking B vitamins that tasted awful, waking up at 3am, and doing dream journals. I did great during the summer, I never had a 100 percent full awareness lucid, but I used to get them maybe once or twice a week. It went downhill when school started. I just got too busy.
But anyways after reading this forum again, I'm going to put a serious attempt in to actually coming back to lucid dreaming.
The funny thing is, of course I miss lucid dreaming but what I miss the most is just recall. I can't even remember the dreams I had last night 
Anyways where should I start? Tips would be helpful. I do DID and MILD. WILD makes me kinda nervous.
