I did the same thing when trying to move and when I finally did I tried to jump but was immediately teleported back in the same spot in which I couldn't move again. The solution that made me broke free is by staying calm and controlling your breathing, this is what caused me to move again. That is why staying calm is a great way to solve these because the more you're calm the more the dream will resonate with how you feel. The teleporting should also stop if you remain calm.
That seems like a great way to stop it, but i'm not exactly the best at controlling my fear. I knew it wasn't real but when I heard the voice from downstairs I couldn't help being freaked out, even though i was still fully lucid (hence I woke myself up with ease).
