      I had two lucids, but it was just a dream...

      I had a dream about lucid dreaming, I remember watching a video telling me how to LD on YouTube. I had two lucid dreams in my dream, in my lucid I remember at one stage trying to make a friend. I told my friend about the lucid dream when I was awake the next day. So weird!

      Hey relax Barry, that's what I say every time I wake up from lucids... but it was just a dream.

      Similar things have happened to me too, but even if it seems illegitimate for some reason, if you were in fact lucid that's really the only thing that matters.

      I wasn't lucid, I had zero awareness, I was dreaming in a dream that I was dreaming lucidly haha.

      It however is a great signal that your brain is tuned in to the idea of lucid dreaming.

      They always leave a sour taste in my mouth after waking up...

      What is even worse is dreaming about doing RCs to become lucid at night...
      Such as: You dream that you are going about daily routine, doing RCs. You have so minimal awareness of your self that the RCs don't work. Only to wake up and realize the mistakes you made.
      Pseudo-awareness, as I prefer to call it.
