How come i keep becoming lucid the same way

This may sound stupid as i am a beginner. but everytime i have lucid dreamed, (5 times) it has been the same way as in i wake up in my bed and look at my alarm clock and its all random numbers and letters, or realise my tv is on when i know i turned it off, and then realise im dreaming. when i realize i am lucid i can barely move at all, and have to basically crawl to the floor and finally get up after a minute of struggling too move. i then try focusing really hard to concentrate but then end up waking up and only stay lucid for 2 minutes or so. and the dream is of low quality, as in very blurry, constant noise in my ears, and hard to move. I want to be able to do experience lucidity at its fullest but im not even close i dont think. just need some tips as ive been practising alot lately, and want to improve. and i have been practicing the wild technique and dild technique mainly.

Improvement comes with time. Dream stabilization at the beginning of the dream could help, but only having 5 lucids could explain the lack of vividness and the struggle to move, focus, etc.
Immersion in the dream could help with the movement problem. Forget you have a real body, lying in bed, and you should be okay.

As far as becoming lucid the same way all 5 times, I have heard of this before in a lot of starters. False awakenings helps a lot of first-time lucid(ers?) become lucid. Should go away with time.

Also, what is your progress on WILD? If you are getting far enough, you could stick with that for a while and compare and contrast the WILD and DILD dreams.

As Dezz has said, it sounds like a matter of dream stabilization. Upon first arriving in the dream realm you will sometimes be in that weird, fuzzy state where your consciousness is battling for a foothold. To remedy this, the first thing you need to do is relax and slow down. Realize that you are in a dream, I mean REALLY take it in. Look around at the room, recognize the feeling of the bed beneath you, really take time to ground all of your senses.

Once you feel sufficiently grounded, which should increase your lucidity and stability in itself, try using a phrase like "increase lucidity by 10!" Verbal commands can have some impressive impacts on the dreamscape. You cant just say it to say it though, there has to be confidence behind it, enough to make yourself believe that the lucidity will increase.

This is almost exactly how my first lucid dreams would always start.
I would feel like I had woken up, but then almost instantly I felt that something was "off" and realized that it was a dream.
Then I would struggle to get out of bed and move in slow-motion, and my vision would often be messed up - either I would have a foggy vision, almost as if I were viewing everything through a Night Vision camera (this is a perfect example of what my vision would be like in those scenarios), or my field of vision would be partly blocked by darkness.
Does this sound familiar to you, Strafe?

In any case, you should always spend some time stabilizing your lucid dreams once they have started.
It is easy to forget about this and be too eager to immediately explore the dreamworld, but try to keep it in mind the next to you become lucid, it will be very rewarding and give you a lot of extra time in return.
In fact, I recommend that you regularly keep stabilizing the dream at regular intervals, because this allows you to remain lucid without getting too distracted by something else.

well atleast it's good you're getting some, we all have to start somewhere. Just know you're in control and it should help you out a lot. My first course of action is to usually stabilize the dream with various methods like rubbing my hands together and shouting commands.

How come? It's the easiest way to become lucid for you. A series of False Awakenings let your retarded dreaming mind realize that it's dreaming, leading to most of your LDs. I had my first vivid LDs this way today. I was having tens of dreams in each of which I was trying to fall asleep to WILD. After a long time, you just realize, hey, something is off! And bam, you are lucid.
