This may sound stupid as i am a beginner. but everytime i have lucid dreamed, (5 times) it has been the same way as in i wake up in my bed and look at my alarm clock and its all random numbers and letters, or realise my tv is on when i know i turned it off, and then realise im dreaming. when i realize i am lucid i can barely move at all, and have to basically crawl to the floor and finally get up after a minute of struggling too move. i then try focusing really hard to concentrate but then end up waking up and only stay lucid for 2 minutes or so. and the dream is of low quality, as in very blurry, constant noise in my ears, and hard to move. I want to be able to do experience lucidity at its fullest but im not even close i dont think. just need some tips as ive been practising alot lately, and want to improve. and i have been practicing the wild technique and dild technique mainly. |
