This is almost exactly how my first lucid dreams would always start.
I would feel like I had woken up, but then almost instantly I felt that something was "off" and realized that it was a dream.
Then I would struggle to get out of bed and move in slow-motion, and my vision would often be messed up - either I would have a foggy vision, almost as if I were viewing everything through a Night Vision camera (this is a perfect example of what my vision would be like in those scenarios), or my field of vision would be partly blocked by darkness.

In any case, you should always spend some time stabilizing your lucid dreams once they have started.
It is easy to forget about this and be too eager to immediately explore the dreamworld, but try to keep it in mind the next to you become lucid, it will be very rewarding and give you a lot of extra time in return.
In fact, I recommend that you regularly keep stabilizing the dream at regular intervals, because this allows you to remain lucid without getting too distracted by something else.
