Thanks, Sageous. Love the idea for the memory game. I heard on a podcast that LaBerge has everyone play a week-long memory game at his retreat. I should be able to come up with a smaller version. |

Definitely mention dream signs! Also, tell them about combining dream signs with RC for maximum benefit. All Day Awareness is really good and helps with LD a lot. It also helps with overall mental well-being. In fact you can talk about how LD can benefit your well-being, both mentally and physically. Charlie Morley talks a lot about this and you can find good documentaries about him on YouTube. |

For discussion I've been pondering if there's other alternate factors for how quickly or long it takes a person to fall asleep and if there is other types of reasons it fluctuates. If there is, what are the links to this and can it be consistent? How fast can a person fall asleep before they know it? That would be a good group experiment to test how other progress in falling sleep faster. I like this concept because having the intention can possibly work against you in this situation. It appears naturally difficult to know your goal is to fall asleep as soon as possible. But these type of experiences can truly be rewarding. |

ViIe, cool idea. I was going to have people practice WILD at home, and begin keeping notes about personal signs indicating an approaching WILD. I really think your idea could fit in with this. I appreciate it! |
