Does this happen when you fall asleep normally or only when you WILD? If it's just when you try and WILD then it may just be some intense hypnagogic hallucinations that you're experiencing. Try your WILDs in different positions and see if it helps at all. You could also try doing some relaxation techniques or meditation before you WILD to get your body calmed down and get your mind ready for sleep so that you transition quicker and don't spend so much time in these hypnagogic stages. |

Thanks for the answer. This only happens when trying to WILD. Perhaps I need to try and calm down more before attempting then. |

Yup (and sorry for the beyond dreaming stuff, but I need to say it) |

Well, this is interesting. |

The burning sensation sounds like muscle cramps like you get if you do too much sport without prior stretching, are you totally relaxed and in a conformtable position when you do your WILDs? |

If you read this do a reality check, you will thank me later...
