      Once your recall gets better.

Will lucid dreams feel more real? I've had 2 lucid dreams the past 2 days and I don't really remember feeling like I was actually there, I also couldn't really change anything in the LD I had last night. I kept trying to make it brighter outside by closing my eyes and opening them, by saying it outlook, idk how but it suddenly did get brighter as if it was 7 am. I may have posted a thread similar to this but idk.

I believe recall, vividness, and the "I was there!" feeling ebbs and flows in dreams, depending on a lot of factors including how well rested you are and how much intention you've put into noticing/remembering your dreams. I think the answer is "yes," though, on average. Better recall I think is a signal of being closer to your dreams, of dreams in essence having a higher base level of awareness/lucidity. When that level gets high enough (and all the other factors coincide), you will have a full-blown LD. LDs, like non-lucid dreams, at least for me, exist on a wide spectrum ranging from dull/hazy to highly-aware/bright-and-clear. You just need to have more LDs and you'll start experiencing other ends of the spectrum.

Hey RubyDoo, when you say, "I don't really remember feeling like I was actually there", it sounds like you mean your memory of the LD was hazy, or did you mean that when you were actually in the LD you knew it was hazy?
I find that although some of my LDs have been amazingly clear, almost immediately on waking the memory seems to fade like a regular dream, so that I don't remember it being clear.
What I'm not sure about after waking is whether it was actually hazy or if it's just that my memory of how clear it was is hazy.
I know that sounds a bit bonkers, but I hope you get what I mean?

The answer is probably to look really carefully at everything in detail and close up to engage with it more, then I believe it becomes clearer.
